二 |           △第二综合特别检察组特别检察官权昌英在特检组办公室发布最终调查结果      　　韩国“第二综合特别检察组”结束了为期180天的调查，24日公布了调查结果。

三 | “第二综合特别检察组”围绕此前“三大特别检察组”调查结束后遗留的案件进一步展开调查，最终对包括前总统尹锡悦及其夫人金建希在内的58人提出起诉，另有涉及150人的46起案件移交警察国家调查本部处理，仍有部分案件未能得出结论。     　　此次调查范围覆盖总统府、军队、检察机关、警察、国家情报院、审计院等多个权力部门，前检察总长、前国家情报院长以及现任国会议员等多名高层人士被列入起诉名单。     　　据特别检察组介绍，特检组于今年2月25日启动调查，截至8月23日结束，共持续180天，其间共受理包括从此前“三大特别检察组”以及警察、检察机关、高级公职人员犯罪调查处和军方调查机构移交的48起案件在内的152起案件，共起诉58人。

四 | 从起诉对象来看，案件涉及韩国国家权力体系多个核心部门。前总统尹锡悦和夫人金建希，以及前国家安保室长申源湜、前国家安保室第一次长金泰孝等尹锡悦政府总统府核心官员均被起诉;此外，军方、检察系统、国家情报院等多位前高官均被起诉。

五 |      　　此次特别检察组规模庞大，包括临时派遣及在职人员在内，共有251人参与调查，国防部、国家情报院、国税厅等部门也派出专业人员协助。不过，尽管调查规模和持续时间均创下较大规模，仍有大量案件未能在调查期限内结案。

六 | 特别检察组最终将46起案件、涉及150人的调查事项移交警察国家调查本部继续处理。     　　韩国第二综合特别检察组特别检察官权昌荣当天表示，围绕前总统尹锡悦政府涉嫌“内乱”的案件涉及人员众多、组织性强且持续时间长，仅依靠6个月的特别检察调查“不可能彻底解决”，建议成立由多个调查机构组成的长期常设特别调查本部，继续追查相关案件。(总台记者 张昀)。
